I see these making a social change solely by people wearing the shirts which create the dialogue of squashing the stigma against mental illness.

Everyone sees something different in the print to begin with. Mentally ill or not, we all think differently.

This is a way of desensitizing the different thinking and mind of a schizophrenic. They think differently about things just like people have different thoughts on the rorschach image.
