I had the opportunity to speak at the Shedding Light On Mental Health Conference A mental health conference brought in partnership by NAMI Greater Wheeling and West Liberty University. I went with my co-host of A Bipolar, A Schizophrenic and a Podcast, Gabe Howard, who was a keynote speaker. I gave an informative and fun talk on Advocacy in the Digital Age. The conference was put together by the amazing Amy Gamble, who is a mental health advocate and a former Olympian. Check out some of the pictures below!
